		<description><![CDATA[in three weeks of argentina/uruguay i managed to pay over 70 bucks extra of short calls and text messages from my iphone.  i&#039;m an idiot.  calls from locutorios are cheap cheap.  turn off your data roaming -t hat shits expensive!  just don&#039;t have phone conversations through text messages like i did.  plus, there is wireless in a bunch of places like hostels and cafes = perfect for your comp/phone.

i was the only one with a working phone on my trip even though it was international and expensive, peeople still asked to use it for super short calls in case we were in a pickle.  3.99 a call, eff that.  keep it off or pay the plan.]]></description>
